1. Pickup
Collect from the store address during the pickup window shown in your reservation and show your pickup code. A reservation does not include shipping by post or a nationwide delivery service. Contact the store promptly if you cannot find the location or collect on time.
2. Store delivery
Delivery is available only where the particular store offers it and your order qualifies for its displayed area and method. The store arranges fulfilment and must maintain appropriate hygiene, temperature control and transport permissions. Check the address, delivery charge and accepted payment method before confirming. Do not assume that every store has a card terminal for delivery.
3. Problems with fulfilment
If an order is unavailable, incorrect, late or unsafe, contact the store and support. The Refund and Return Policy applies; accepting delivery does not waive a remedy for a defect discovered later.
