1. Parties and authority
This agreement is between Souhib Trabelsi FZE, identified above, and the business whose authorised representative registers the store. You must have authority to bind that business and provide its actual licensed identity and contact information. The Customer Terms and Privacy Policy are linked below.
La Tabdhir provides listing, reservation, account and subscription services. You sell the food to the customer and receive payment directly under the current cash or store-terminal arrangement. This agreement does not appoint La Tabdhir to receive, hold or remit online customer funds.
2. Eligibility and ongoing review
Maintain a valid trade licence and the food establishment, activity and delivery permissions applicable to your location and activities. A platform account or subscription is not a substitute for those permissions. Provide current evidence on request and promptly report expiry, suspension, closure or material changes.
Changing the licensed identity, address or coordinates, or submitting a replacement licence, can withdraw platform approval until reviewed. We may suspend unsafe or ineligible listings. Approval concerns the submitted business information; it is not a guarantee of food safety or approval by a payment provider.
3. Food, fulfilment and complaints
Offer only lawful food that is fit for consumption and matches the advertised category, quantity and value. Provide accurate ingredient and allergen information, appropriate storage/use instructions and required labelling. A generic surprise-bag disclaimer does not discharge these duties. Do not offer expired, recalled or unsafe products.
Keep availability and collection windows accurate. Fulfil confirmed orders, verify pickup codes at handover, explain cancellations and cooperate with customer complaints. Follow applicable hygiene, temperature and transport requirements for any delivery you arrange.
Immediately stop affected sales on a safety concern or recall, preserve relevant traceability records, cooperate with the competent food authority and help identify and contact affected customers. Do not charge the customer an undisclosed fee or make the customer bear the cost of a remedy caused by your breach.
4. Plans, charges and invoices
The monthly base plans are Free (AED 0), Plus (AED 199) and Pro (AED 599). Free does not require a card. The selected plan, billing interval, included features and payable total are displayed before a paid subscription is confirmed. Do not treat a trial as included unless it is expressly offered in that checkout.
Stripe processes paid store subscriptions. Creating a checkout session does not activate a paid plan. Any applicable VAT must be identified in the billing information; an EmaraTax account alone does not establish VAT registration. You are responsible for the food-sale receipt or tax invoice required for your sale. A platform order summary is not automatically your tax invoice.
Current cash reservations carry no La Tabdhir transaction commission. No online commission, provider deduction, reserve or payout schedule becomes binding through this agreement. Any future online arrangement requires a separate disclosed and accepted schedule, supported by the applicable provider and regulatory setup.
5. Renewal, cancellation and departure
Paid subscriptions renew for the selected interval unless renewal is cancelled. Use subscription management or contact support to cancel; review whether cancellation takes effect immediately or at the end of the paid period before confirming. Select Free if you wish to continue with its features after a paid plan ends.
A paid period is not automatically prorated for a voluntary mid-period departure. This does not exclude correction of billing errors, remedies for failure to provide the contracted service or other mandatory rights. Outstanding customer orders and complaints must still be handled when you leave. We will provide information about records you need to retain or export.
6. Data, content and confidentiality
Use customer information only for fulfilment, support and your applicable legal duties. Do not add customers to your marketing lists without the required permission or disclose their details to unrelated parties. Protect access to your account and report suspected misuse promptly.
You retain ownership of your content and grant La Tabdhir permission to display your business name, logo and offer information for the service. Each party protects non-public information received from the other, subject to lawful disclosures and service delivery. Business licence files are collected by La Tabdhir for business review; do not send payment card data through support.
7. Responsibility and changes
Each party is responsible for loss caused by its own breach, negligence or unlawful conduct, as determined under applicable law. Customer remedies must not be delayed solely because the parties dispute who ultimately bears a cost. This agreement does not impose an automatic blanket indemnity for the other party’s own wrongdoing, or waive mandatory obligations, compensation rights or competent-authority powers.
We will give at least 30 days’ notice of material commercial terms or fee changes. Urgent action required by law, fraud prevention or food safety may take effect sooner with an explanation where legally permitted. No retrospective increase applies to completed orders. Either party may end participation, subject to accrued obligations and the selected billing cancellation terms.
UAE law and applicable local rules govern the agreement. Contact support to resolve a dispute; either party may seek relief from the competent UAE courts or authorities. Arabic and English versions are available without overriding mandatory Arabic requirements.
